People often ask “What is threading?”
No one is certain where its origins are but it has been around from the times of Cleopatra and since every region has staked a claim to its origins. All we say is that it is widely used in Indo -Persia region and that it a hygienic, accurate and relatively less painless way of removing facial hair in comparison to other hair removal methods.
Threading involves knotting and twisting a fine cotton thread around hair to essentially pluck it from the root. Unlike facial waxing where hot wax is stripped away from your skin with unwanted hair lead to sagging and creasing. As our facial skin is delicate and as such needs to be treated gently, threading offers us the option to remove an entire row of hair line by line.
